These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeardMate website, products, content, features, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

BeardMate is a brand operated by Chaliseyz Central L.L.C. Throughout these Terms, “BeardMate,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chaliseyz Central L.L.C.

By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

BeardMate is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin processing it.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Pricing or description errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Payment verification problems
Resale or commercial purchasing activity
Shipping restrictions
Violations of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be your responsibility.

Ownership of and responsibility for an order transfer as permitted by applicable law and the shipping terms presented during checkout. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving the order. Products must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in that policy.

You created it or have permission to submit it.
It is accurate and does not mislead others.
It does not violate another person’s rights.
It is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or malicious.
It does not contain malware or unauthorized advertising.

You grant BeardMate a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, translate, display, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We may monitor, remove, or decline to publish content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to do so.

13. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including the BeardMate name, logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos, software, and website materials—are owned by or licensed to Chaliseyz Central L.L.C. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, noncommercial purposes. Without our prior written permission, you may not:

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaliseyz Central L.L.C., BeardMate, and their affiliates, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and BeardMate concerning the Services.

The revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes where permitted by law.
